The method of producing vacuum-sealed packs consists of fixing a fastening-strip (14) to the top-flap (11) of the bag. At least one end of the strip is bent twice round to form a loop (18). The points of the loop end near the second bend rest on the one side of the strip. Part of the strip on the other side is fixed to the top flap. USE/ADVANTAGE - Products are prevented from losing their aroma or from oxidation by means of the vacuum-sealed pack.
