PURPOSE:To obtain an in-bone implantation material with good processability and corrosion resistance by constituting it of a corrosion-resistant alloy wherein Ti is a main ingredient. CONSTITUTION:An alloy for in vivo implantation is constituted of Ti compounded with 0.005% or more and 0.5% or less Pd in terms of wt. ratio or,and 0.005% or more and 0.5% or less Ru. By this constitution, not only the corrosion resistance is improved but the hardness is increased and wear and tear is little and it is possible to implant it in a living body and to use it semi- permanently. In addition, as not only improvement of strength but improvement of processability are achieved, it is possible to process and form precisely and finely a dimension and a shape designed in accordance with an in vivo implantation part and to implant and set accurately it without being accompanied with a sense of incogruity. It is thereby possible to increase retention stability and to use safely without loosing and moving. |
