发明名称 INFRARED MOISTURE MEASURING APPARATUS
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To reduce not only the effect of the humidity in a measuring light path but also the fluctuation of a measured moisture value to the fluctuation of humidity by irradiating an object to be measured with respective reference and measuring wavelength infrared rays and measuring moisture on the basis of the quantities of reflection of the respective rays. CONSTITUTION:The wavelengths of reference wavelength infrared rays hardly changing in the quantity of absorption by the moisture content of an object to be measured is set to a constant wavelength region on the side of the wavelength contained in the absorbing band of water in the vicinity of 3mum and longer than that of the absorbing band of steam in the vicinity of 2.7mum. The wavelength of measuring wavelength infrared rays changing in the quantity of absorption by the moisture content of the object to be measured is set to a fixed wavelength region shorter than the wavelength of the absorbing band of steam in the vicinity of 2.7mum and becoming longer than the wavelength of the absorbing band of water in the vicinity of 2mum. By this setting, measuring wavelength infrared rays are easily absorbed by water but hardly absorbed by steam and reference wavelength infrared rays are hardly absorbed by both steam and water. Therefore, both of them hardly receive the effect of steam and the moisture content of the object to be measured can be measured on the basis of the difference between the quantities of the reflected lights of both of them.</p>
