DEVICE FOR ACCELERATED RESOURCE EXAMINATION OF RUNNING LINKWORKS

The device is applied in R&D and experimental activities to determine the intensity and level of wear-out of the joint links of prepared by experimental technologies motion chains. It enhances the productivity and efficiency of accelerated resource tests of motion chains. The device consists of tested pairs of tracks, spacially situated in the shape of a closed multilateral contour (1) in a bath (2) within an abrasive milieu and connected with the actuation of an existing stand for dynamic tests via the top horizontal track (4) from the closed multilateral contour (1), a motive stand (3) with a cylindrical rod (5) and a top stitch (7) and an edge - the bottom horizontal track (6) from the multilateral contour (1), while this track is statically connected with the bottom stitch (11) of the stand for dynamic tests.
