STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR HERMETIZING OF FRAMEWORK SURFACE

The composition and the method is applied in construction. It creates conditions for increase of shuttering's turnover three- to fourfold. It enhances the resilience to a strike or bending and reduces the water absorption and cohesion with the concrete, while the waste regular hydrophobic plywood is used again. The composition contains in %: a non-saturated polyester resin 49.50-59.00, cyclohexanonprexide 3.20 - 4.00, cobalt naphtenate 0.03 - 0.04, aluminum powder 1.77 - 2.00 and non-alkaline glassmat 35.00 - 50.00. The method is implemented by - on a plot greased with a segregative layer - filming the ready mixture. A plywood or timber-shaving plane is placed and again over it is layered the same mixture, on which a strengthening material is layered. A new segregative layer is placed, which is covered by a plate for levelling and removing the excessive mixture and the air bubbles. The operations are carried out under room temperature or by heating of the panel to 15-60 degrees C, with a subsequent solidification for 15 to 20 minutes and hermetization.
