CUTTER DRILLING DEVICE AT A UNIVERSAL LATHE MACHINE

The milling-cutting mechanism is applied for processing of centre and bullet pieces of a universal lathe, as well as corpus pieces that require additional processing without rebasement. It can manipulate planes located at a random angle to the axis of the lathe with perpendicular or axial direction of operations. The device includes a milling-cutting support (1), holding an axle with a horizontal axis (2), actuated by a power engine (5). The milling-cutting support (1) is connected via a locomotory screw (8) to a vertical column (3), which is fitted to the cross sledge (7) of the lathe via a circular directive (9), pressed by a fixating plate (4).
