The device is applied in cryogenic electronics and infrared spectroscopy. It has a small time-detention pause, enhanced stability in micro-object's temperature and high reliability no matter how miniature the object's size is. The device consists of a ceramic padding, on the one hand of which is located a thin-layer resistor, ending with two contact platforms and encompassing a third contact platform. At a minimum distance of the thin-layer resistor are placed four contact platforms, connected with commuter n-shaped conductors, whose two ends are connected with certain commutation conductors to a certain for each conductor contact platform for the external terminals. On the four contact platforms, respectively there is one no-corpus thermometer gauge. A cooling conduit is welded to the third contact platform. The other side of the ceramic padding is metalized in the form of a network and it keeps a welded lamella that bears the micro object.
