ETHERS OF 5, 7- DIHALOGEN- 8- HYDROXINOLYNES AND METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARING

Ethers are applied as prophylactic agents at coxidose of chicken caused by Eimeria tenella. They have a common formula<IMAGE>,where X is Cl or Br, R is H or CH3; while Y is -CH2COOC2H5, <IMAGE>,-CH2-<IMAGE>-NO2The method: 5,7-diboron-8-hydroxinoline or 2-methyl-5,7-dichlorine-8-hydroxionoline and K2CO3 is heated in a medium of no-water acetone. The kalium salt of the replaced 8-hydroxichinoline is treated in a medium of dimethylsulphoxide under temperature between 60 to 70 degrees C with aliphatic and arilealyphatic chlorides. The perchlorates of the respective etheric bases are derived through treatment of the base with 65% water solution of perchloric acid.
