A coating and printing process of a wound steel plate comprises four steps: (1) the precoating process comprises degreasing, water-cleaning and water-cleaning, and grinding, water-cleaning, hot-drying, composite chromium-coating and drying; (2) the second coating process comprises basic paint-coating, setting-conveying and predrying at 100-200 deg.C; (3) the third coating comprises printing ink-coating, transparent paint-coating and drying; (4) the clean room process comprises cleaning from the the second coater to the third coater.
