A composition containing a plant growth regulator and an alkanol carrier is disclosed. The use of such an alkanol solvent system provides for an efficient means for rapid injection with good absorption by the teee with no carrier phytotoxicity and offers a method of controlling tree height thus having valuable commercial utility along powerline right-of-ways. |
