In the circuit which plural system (3,4) of the main system (2) uses a singular input/output system in common, the output terminal generating the data and address signals of the main control block in the main system (2) is connected to the buffer control block (5). The first n systems (3-4) are connected to the buffer control block and an I/O system (6) to the output terminal of the buffer control block. The main system further includes a monitor (1) for the main system.
