发明名称 METHOD FOR CONTROLLING THICKNESS OF SHEET MATERIAL
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain the measured weight per specified area of a sheet material highly accurately sampling the thicknesses of the sheet material with a thickness gage at a specified interval. CONSTITUTION:A small reciprocating displacement has the first amplitude and the first period in the direction of a sheet material 14. A large reciprocating displacement has the second amplitude and the second period which are larger than the first amplitude and the first period. The synthesized reciprocating movement of the small reciprocating displacement and the large reciprocating movement is imparted to a thickness gage 44. The measured data are sampled in the thickness gage 44. Namely, the reciprocating means movement is imparted to the first and second weight gages 44 and 46, and the weight gages 44 and 46 scan the sectional region of the releasing sheet 14 or a resin supporting type sheet 25. The gages are reciprocated, and the thickness data are sampled. A deviation DELTAW between the weight value W2 and a target weight value WT is made to be a control value of amount. The thickness of a resin sheet 38 to be molded is fed back and controlled. Thus the weight value per unit area of the sheet 38 can be made uniform in the longitudinal direction.</p>
