PROCESS AND INSTALLATION FOR COMPENSATING THE DEFORMATION OF THE ELASTIC TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM

The invention refers to a process and an installation for compensating the deformation of the elastic technological system in drillings and is intended to optimise the process, the objective criteria being to increase working accuracy. At the same time, the process insures better output at lower costs. The installation, according to this invention, is flexible, reliable and low-cost, and is based on the process of assisted determination and compensation by a microcomputer of the real deformation of the technological system, so that the size of the part should always fall in the allowed dimensions. The installation intended for this process consists of sensors for sensing disturbing elements, an electronic date acquisition-distribution system allowing online connection of a microcomputer to this process as well as the items required by the correction. All interested companies may use the invention in the process of automatic management of technological processes, including flexible manufacturing systems.
