DEVICE FOR DETECTING FAULTY REGENERATOR

The device is applied in communications equipment for digital systems for transmission of information via cable with metallic or light-passing core. The operation is carried out quicker and at enhanced operative control. It reduces losses of business information. The device contains receiving and transmitting part of the regenerator, a logical element AND and OR, a generator of code combination, a summator under module two, an integrator, an error detector, a selector of archiving impulses, code transformers, a distrain element, an error integrator, a multiplexor, a demultiplexor, RS-trigger, D-trigger, dual counters, decoders and a transposing register. Recording and reading of the operative information are carried out uninterruptedly. This is achieved by transmitting information in advance by using artificial error in the information signal through regular violation of a certain law in the algorythm of linear signal code building. The errors are divided into natural and artificial and the individual artificial errors are transformed into operative information about the status of the tract's equipment and for computation of the error coefficient.
