The system is applied in testing the spades of a fan's working wheels. It enhances the reliability of results at tests for material's fatigue. The system contains consecutively connected: management bloc, power engine, fan with an exciter, tension gauge, coordinating amplifier, bi-semipolar rectifier, a smoothing filter, a differentiating bloc, a nulling body, a key, a bloc for maintenance of a resonance regime, a formator of rectangular impulses, an air-pressure gauge, a second coordinating amplifier, a second formator, a phase detector, a second key, a memory device, a comparison element, a third key and an integrator.
