MACHINE FOR ASSEMBLING AND UNROLLING OF GASKET RINGS

The machine is applied in metal processing in the production of halting valves. It makes the de-rolling process secure under an automatic work regime. The machine consists of a corpus and a bearing cutter, which is connected with a cartridge and a de-rolling device. The corpus contains a transportation system, on which a satellite and a feeding table are placed. The rotary part of the feeding table is holding a de-rolling instrument. On the other side of the transportation system is fitted a column, holding a second feeding table and a mechanic hand, situated to the table. To the mechanic hand is attached a separator with conical rolls and balls, while the mechanic hand is connected to the piston rod of a power cylinder.
