<p>PURPOSE:To check writing end by time without storing the final address of a P-ROM by storing the writing time of the P-ROM, finding out an average time and displaying remaining writing time. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 4 writes the data of a writing data storage part 1 in a blank ROM 3 through a controller 2 and measures the writing time of the data in the ROM 3. In the case of the 1st writing, the measured result is stored in a writing time storage means 11. Then the writing time stored in the means 11 is stored in an average time storage means 14 as an average writing time. In the case of the 2nd writing time or after, the measured result is stored in a writing time storage means 12, the average between the current writing time and the average time stored in the means 14 is calculated and the contents of the means 14 are successively updated. The average time of the means 14 is displayed on a display device 5 and '1' is subtracted from the display value in each lapse of one second. Thus, the writing end can be checked by time.</p> |
