PURPOSE:To efficiently manufacture the optical disk of high quality by sticking two disk substrates to each other through a pressure sensitive double coated sheet in a series of processes. CONSTITUTION:An upper mold 35 and a lower mold 35 are respectively supplied to a disk substrate 80 and the pressure sensitive double coated tape 35, and when an absorbing hand 33 is moved down, a taper-like member 138 is moved down and engaged with the center hole 80a of the substrate 80 and the substrate 80 is positioned on the center position. When the hand 33 is moved down furthermore, a sticking pad 144 is stuck fast to the substrate 80. Then, the substrate 80 is lifted by a vertical direction moving mechanism 31 and inverted by an inverting mechanism 32 by 180 deg. so as to be turned upwards, the sheet 85 is adsorbed by the opposite side absorbing pad 142 and an upper side circular peeling film 41 is stuck to an adhesive tape 42 and peeled. Then the sheet 37 is cut off by a cutter 45 as a square tape and lifted by the hand 33, so that the substrate 80 and a sheet 85 are respectively set up on the upper mold 35 and the lower mold 34, then stuck to each other by a vacuum pressing device 10. |
