PURPOSE:To improve dielectric constant, resistivity, and tandelta by adding MgO as a secondary component to a primary component expressed in a specific expression, and by determining the secondary component as from 0.25 to 0.60 weight part to 100 weight part of the primary component. CONSTITUTION:MgO is added as a secondary component to a primary component which is a composition expressed by an expression I, in which (a), (b), (c), (d) are: 0.45<=(a)<=0.97, 0.01<=(b)<=0.35, 0.01<=(c)<=0.35, and 0.01<=(d)<=0.1, and also a+b+c+d=1. When the secondary component MgO is less than 0.25 weight part, the composition is not sintered, while when it exceeds 0.6 weight part, dielectric constant is lowered. In the expression, when (a) is less than 0.45, resistivity is lowered, while when it exceeds 0.97, sintering does not occur; When (b) is less than 0.01, sintering does not occur, while when it exceeds 0.35, dielectric constant is lowered; When (c) is less than 0.01, dielectric constant is lowered, while when it exceeds 0.35, resistivity is lowered; When (d) is less than 0.01, sintering does not occur, while when it exceeds 0.1, dielectric constant is lowered. A porcelain condenser with little difference in an electric characteristic is thus obtained. |
