摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a dehumidifier with less power consumption and lower operating noise by a method wherein the title dehumidifier consists of an air intake passage in which an air intake fan to feed outdoor air to the indoor side is provided, a circulating passage in which a circulation fan to circulate air in the room is provided, a heat exchanger which is provided at a crossing section between the circulating passage and air intake passage, and a draining tray. CONSTITUTION:By operation of an air intake fan 16 and circulating fan 18, outdoor air passes through a heat exchanger 19 from an air intake port 11 through a duct 12, enters an air intake passage 15, and is discharged to the space in a room 6 from a discharge port 9. In the meantime, air in the room 6 enters a circulating passage 17 from a suction port 8, passes through the heat exchanger 19, and returns to the room 6 from a discharge port 10. At the heat exchanger 19, sensible heat exchange is done between the intake air stream and circulating air stream, and a fan for the heat exchanger 19 is cooled, and moisture condensation water 22 generates, drops in a draining tray 20, and enters a draining tank 21. At this time, the intake air flow rate is made small, and the circulating air flow rate is made large. Thus, without using a refrigerating function, dehumidifying of air in the room 6 can be performed with less power and low noise by utilizing the outside air temperature with fans 16, 18 and heat exchanger 19.</p>
