PURPOSE:To completely seal the circumference of lining material in a sealing device and to prevent pressure fluid in a pressure vessel from being leaked out by pressure-welding a cylindrical film or an airtight cylinder to the lining material by the pressure of fluid. CONSTITUTION:The tip of a pressure vessel 2 is joined to the terminal of a duct 1. A sealing device 3 is joined to the rear part of the pressure vessel 2 as an introduction part of lining material. An air-tight and soft cylindrical film 17 has circumferential length sufficiently larger than the circumferential length of lining material 4. This lining material 4 is inserted into the cylindrical film 17. When pressure fluid having pressure higher than the pressure of fluid in the pressure vessel 2 is introduced from the introducing port 16 of pressure fluid, the pressure of fluid acts on the interval between a cylinder 10 and the cylindrical film 17. This cylindrical film 17 is pushed on the lining material 4 and thereby the inside of the pressure vessel 2 is interrupted from the outside. |
