The circuit drives the elevator to the reference floor for the moment and to the requesting floor so that the power is saved. The circuit comprises a CPU (11) processing the outer data signal, a tranceiver transmitting the signal through the I/O port and bus of the CPU, a decoder generating the signal selecting the I/O port, an interrupt controller controlling the interrupt signal, a timer providing the signal periodically to the interrupt controller, an input port converting the input signal of outer control switch to the signal with TTL voltage level, a buffer transfering the input signal to the data bus, and an output port driving the up/down relay with the input signal.
