摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To improve the abrasion resistance or the like as well as to prevent a fluid from penetrating by containing both organic and inorganic fibers and a micro-foaming particle in a sponding layer as a closed cell, in a raw material for a gasket made up of forming this sponging layer on a metal plate. CONSTITUTION:Each sponging layer 3 is formed on both sides of a metal plate 1 via a primer layer 2, and a nonadhesive layer 4 is formed on a surface of this sponging layer 3, producing a raw material for a gasket. Both organic and inorganic fibers are mixed in this sponging layer 3, thereby making this mixed element capable of preventing any blowing-by of the sponging layer at time of high pressure. As for the organic fiber, an aromatic polyamide fiber or the like is used, and a glass fiber is used for the inorganic fiber. In addition, a micro-foaming particle is mixed in the sponging layer, forming a minute closed cell, through which a fluid is prevented from penetrating into the sponging layer 3 at low surface pressure. As for the micro-foaming particle, a foaming microcapsule or the like is used.</p>
