K-18031/A Epoxy resin compositions comprising iron-arene complexes and specific amines Curable compositions comprising (a) an epoxy resin, (b) an iron-arene complex of formula I (I), wherein a and b are each independently of the other 1 or 2, R1 is isopropylbenzene, R2 is a cyclopentadienyl anion, and X- is SbF6-, and c) an amine stabiliser, such as a 2,6-dialkylaniline, said composition comprising 0.1-10 % by weight of component (b) and 0.02-5 % by weight of component (c), based on the epoxy resin (a), are particularly suitable for the preparation of storage stable prepregs which, after irradiation with UV light, are rapidly heat-curable and can be compressed to laminates having excellent fastness properties.
