<p>PURPOSE:To improve a reliability and increase a capacity of cooling, uniformalizing the cooling by changing a refrigerant into fog-like particles (mist) through blowing the refrigerant injected from a nozzle against the vane part of a rotating fan. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant 7 is injected in a shower-form, through a shower nozzle 4 from the outside of a closed type cooling vessel 1 to a board 2 being in the cooling vessel 1 on which LSIs 3 are mounted. On the other hand, a fan 5 is provided in front of the shower nozzle 4, and a shower-like refrigerant is blown against the vane part of the fan 5. Then, the shower-like refrigerant being injected from the shower nozzle 4 is changed into a spray-like, i.e., a mist-like refrigerant by virtue of the rotation of the fan 5. Further, an air flow is generated in the vessel 1 by rotating the fan 5, and the surfaces of the LSIs 3 being bodies of generating heat are moistened uniformly.</p> |
