PURPOSE:To prevent part of polarizing solution from being discharged from a tank after polarizing by using fluorine inactive solution as the solution, and arranging drying means at the top in the tank. CONSTITUTION:Fluorine inactive solution having 150 deg.C of a boiling point is used as polarizing solution 2, and the solution 2 is heated to about 120 deg.C by a heater 10. A piezoelectric element 4 is dipped in the solution 2, its upper and lower surfaces are supported by a pair of electrode members 3, 3', and polarized. After polarizing, a piezoelectric element 4, is led from the solution surface, and moved to a discharge port 5b of drying means 8 arranged at the top in a tank. In this case, it is moved while inclining the element. On the other hand, a heater 7 of the means 8 and a fan 6 are operated, water is circulated to a cooling coil 9 to cool the air to be sucked from the suction port 5a of an air passage to always diffuse dry hot air from the discharge port 5b of the passage. |
