PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a dead zone by disposing at least two base units, connecting them to a common telephone line, accessing different channels, and setting a handset so that it accesses all channels. CONSTITUTION:The handset 1 executes continuous reception and transmission with the base units 2 and it is set basically as usable for any channel. The base units 2A and 2B are arranged as illustrated, for example. Namely, an area 4 curved by a chain line is a service area which is the object of a codeless telephone. Thus, two base units 2A and 2B are arranged in the area 4, and the handset 1 accesses all the channels. On the other hand, the base unit 2A accesses only odd channels and the base unit 2B accesses only even channels. Thus, a call can be originated and terminated even if the handset 1 is in any place of the area 4. |
