<p>PURPOSE:To guarantee the safety of an ozone generator providing in the cleaning device by providing a mechanism for supplying gases to be measured of >=2 kinds of concns. in the single ozone generator in the device for cleaning liquids, gaseous mixtures, gases, etc., by using ozone. CONSTITUTION:The principle with a sewage cleaning device or electrostatic precipitator 23 is that ozone exists only in the inside 12 of the housing 13 of the ozone generator G in a normal state but in the event of leakage on generation of a defect in the housing 13 by excessive oxidation or the like, the presence of the leaking ozone SL between the housing and protector 14 provided in the outer peripheral part thereof is eventually resulted. This ozone SL is, therefore, collected and the abnormality of the housing 13 is detected by the single gaseous ozone sensor. The gaseous ozone from the generator G flows into the liquid 11 to be cleaned and is eventually aerated and a part SB of the gas from a part of a piping is sampled at this time and whether the concn. of the gas is good or not is decided. Finally, the concn. of the residual ozone in the exhaust gas SE subjected to the effect of the ozone is supplied to a cyclic sensor.</p> |
