PURPOSE:To obtain the electrooptic bulletin board which has plural display directions without spoiling its attractiveness by providing each subordinate unit with plural display surfaces which face in specific directions and have light emitting diodes arranged in matrix, and arranging the same illumination pattern on each display surface of one subordinate unit. CONSTITUTION:Display surfaces 13 and 15 which are sectioned projecting in a chevron shape and face as shown by arrows B and C are formed on the surfaces of respective subordinate units 12... Diode units 14... are arranged longitudinally on the display surfaces 13 and 15, and the diode units 14... arranged successively on the display surface 13 and the diode units 14... arranged successively on the display surface 15 are wired so as to have the same illumination pattern. The same information can be displayed in the directions shown by the arrows B and C at the same time. Consequently, even when light emitting diodes having high directivity are used as a light emitting means, the information can be displayed in plural directions at the same time without spoiling the attractiveness, so the electrooptic bulletin board which can offer the same information to many people at the same time is obtained. |
