PURPOSE:To accurately display the replacement period of an image process kit while reducing the cost by providing a storage movement means which stores the fact of the mounting of the image process kit in a storage medium when the image process kit is mounted on a device main body and also providing a reset means which resets a counter device according to the alteration of the storage contents of the storage mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The storage mechanism 21 is formed including an engagement recessed part 22 provided at the bottom surface part of the image process kit 15 and a thin plate type storage seal 23 stuck covering the engagement recessed part 22. When the image process kit 15 is not mounted on the device main body 1, the storage seal 23 is held in an initial state and when the kit is mounted, the storage seal 23 in the initial state enters a set state by the engagement projection part 32 of the storage movement means 31. Then the counter device provided on the device main body 1 is reset according to the reset signal of the pressure sensor 42 of the reset means 41. Consequently, the replacement period of the image process kit can accurately be displayed while the cost is reduced. |
