Liposome formulations of immunomodulating drugs for the topical and aerosol administrations.

Liposome formulations suitable for topical administration of immunomodulating drugs are described. The formulations can be thickened to the proper density depending on the kind and place of application. Liposome formulations are more active and better tolerated than normal formulations, such as creams or ointments, and are particularly suitable for vaginal, topical and aerosol administrations.
