BIOACTIVE PEPTIDE LD78ALPHA, LD78BETA, PRODUCTION THEREOF AND RECOMBINANT PLASMID USING SAME METHOD

PURPOSE:To advantageously obtain with producing peptide LD78alpha having activity inducing propagation of human marrow trunk cell and suppression of dividing by transforming yeast with recombinant plasmid combining a gene coding peptide LD78alpha and culturing. CONSTITUTION:Plasmid is combined with a gene coding bioactive peptide LD78alpha containing a gene of yeast and a gene of colon bacillus and having amino acid sequence expressed by the formula by a technique of gene engineering. Next, said recombinant plasmid is affected to yeast (e.g. Saccharomyces cerevisiae) to transform the yeast. Then, the transformed yeast is cultured and recombinant LD78alpha peptide is produced, then said recombinant LD78alpha peptide is recovered from medium or yeast cell. By this method, peptide LD78alpha having activity inducing propagation of human marrow trunk cell and suppression of dividing is efficiently obtained.
