<p>PURPOSE:To promptly cope with changes in condition of such as a production planning by selecting an assembling order superior to a setting standard in a practical time with usage of a computer, in an expert system inscribed in the title putting a mixed production system in operation. CONSTITUTION:An input unit 1 inputting models, presence of various options and numbers thereof of products to be assembled a day, sends data thereof to an I/O interface 2. An output unit 3 outputs a satisfied assembling order. A main body part of an expert system is constituted of an information base 4 and a control part 5. The control part 5 contains a rearrangement processing unit 51, an estimated value calculating unit 52, a comparing unit 53 and a standard value changing means 54. The rearrangement processing unit 51 rearranges an assembling order with usage of a rearrangement information 41, the estimated value calculating unit 52 calculates an estimated value with usage of an estimated information 42 against the rearranged assembling order, and the comparing unit 53 judges that the rearranged order can be satisfied or not, on comparing a standard value of a correspondence option obtained from a standard value 43 with a calculated estimated values.</p> |
