PURPOSE:To eliminate toner accumulated at a dead angle by inserting a rolling element, which is moved to a toner collection side from a starting end side in an axial direction by the rotation of a toner carrying shaft, between the toner carrying shaft and a cleaning device main body. CONSTITUTION:The discharged toner eliminated from a photosensitive body 2 by a cleaning member 17 drops in the cleaning device main body 1. Then, the toner accumulated at the bottom part of the cleaning device main body 1 is carried to the toner collection side by the rotation of the toner carrying shaft 18. At this time, the toner accumulated at a gap between the carrying shaft 18 and the cleaning device main body 1 is not carried by the carrying shaft 18. However, since the rolling element 19 is inserted, it is rolled by the rotation of the carrying shaft 18 and moved to the toner collection side while eliminating the accumulated toner. |
