DISPLAY BODY AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the high-resolution high-density display board of a high image intensity for full colors by adhering a colored image forming layer formed with chromatic images on a light transparent base via a photopolymerizable adhesive layer and forming a photosensitive image receptive layer thereon in tight contact with the colored image forming layer. CONSTITUTION:Colored images are formed on the photopolymerizable image receptive layer 2 consisting of a photosensitive image receptive material and are laminated on the photopolymerizable adhesive layer 9 formed on the light transparent permanent base 10 in such a manner that the surface of the image receptive layer formed with the color images and the photopolymerizable adhesive layer face each other. The laminate is exposed and the photopolymerizable image receptive layer 2 and the photopolymerizable adhesive layer 9 are brought into tight contact with the respectively adjacent layers by photopolymn. Either of the liquid photopolymerizable adhesive or dry film type photopolymerizable adhesive may be used for the photopolymerizable adhesive layer 9 but the dry film type photopolymerizable adhesive is more preferable in terms of the simplification of the process.
