PURPOSE:To shorten the wiring delay time and to contrive the high integration and the high speed of a bipolar logic circuit by providing a current switching part, and allowing a transistor of a load driving circuit part to be conductive. CONSTITUTION:Especially a pull-down transistor Q2 for discharging particularly the wiring load capacity in a load driving circuit part 2 having a complementary push-pull function having an output end part is allowed to be conductive positive ly in accordance with the variation of its input signal at the time point when the input signal falls, that is, when the input signal is varied from an H level to an L level. In such a manner, the charge charged to the wiring load capacity CL can be discharged quickly, a delay time at the time of fall of a signal is shortened, and also, the high integration of the circuit can be contrived. |
