CONSTITUTION:When the head plate 25 completes its advancement under the playing status, a recessed part 38a of a search plate 38 regulates the right and left movement of a rapid traverse/rewinding pin 22, a control 35a is inserted into a U-shaped groove 36P of a control hole 36 on the head plate 25 and a search ring 35 is fixed on the center position. Therefore, the pin 22 stops at the position and a fast feeding/rewinding plate 21 is fixed on the intermediate point of a moving stroke. Consequently, a guide pin 20a on a joint plate 20 tries to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, but is interrupted by a guide pin 23 and fixed, the joint plate 20 is fixed in parallel at the forward position and a mode plate 13R also stops at the forward position.
