A sequence of alternating outer and inner seals 56, 58 are disposed between the interior of the outer rotor 18 and outer ends of the blades 54 and between the exterior of the inner rotor 20 and inner ends of the blades 52. Each inner seal 58 is composed of an annular honeycomb component 74 attached to the blade inner ends and a plurality of projecting annular teeth 76 on the inner rotor. Each outer seal 56 may also include an annular honeycomb sealing component 66.
