PURPOSE:To simultaneously execute an error searching processing and an error detailed display processing by providing an error searching and display processing function to be activated by a command. CONSTITUTION:An error searching and display processing function 1 is activated by the command, searches the error of a processing definition object displayed on the screens 2a-2d at every line and moves the screens so that the error line can enter the screen when no error line is present in the screens. The error line can be identified by mesh display, etc., and a cursor is automatically positioned at the error line to be displayed. Next, the error detail of the error line, where the cursor is positioned, is displayed by a message. Thus, the error searching and the error detailed display in a program can be automatically executed by the instruction of one command, operability is improved and an error correction processing can be accelerated.
