PURPOSE:To collect datas most efficiently per each input information to shorten the time for collecting datas by using a computer terminal comprising a key board and a bar code reader input device as a data collecting means. CONSTITUTION:The production condition of each process A-N is input from a computer terminal 11 of a production process line comprising a bar code input device and a key board, and the data is temporarily stored in multiple data temporary storage devices 12 to prepare for abnormality of a central computer 13, and thereafter, the data is sent to the central computer 13 to be stored in a process information data base of a data storage device 14. A process control means of the central computer 13 analizes the stored production condition, and displays, for example, the delivery date delay information and a process improvement chart and the device working condition or the like on a control computer terminal 15 and displays the work condition or the like on the computer terminal 11 of the production process line with the command from the control computer terminal 15. |
