Tyre-rim assembly 1 for vehicles, motor vehicles in particular, in which the rim 4 has two opposite tubular parts 5, which engage the tyre 2 in correspondence with respective bead zones 3, each of which is defined by a bead 6, a filling strip 7 extending from the bead 6 outwards in a substantially radial direction, an internally reinforced ply 8 wound around the bead 6 and filling strip 7, and a tubular covering 10 housing the associated bead 6 and surrounded by the ply 8; each tubular covering 10 being composed of an elastomeric material which is relatively hard in its raw state; and the tyre 2 being obtained by a tyre in the raw state, in which each filling strip 7 is coupled with an external surface 13 of the associated tubular covering 10 to rotate around an axis of the tubular covering 10 itself.
