Process for the milling of cereal grains comprising at least a first stage of coarse rolling characterised in that the following processing stages are provided after the said rolling; - at least one subdivision of the product leaving the roller into a finished flour product and a reject, - at least one impact-processing of the said reject, - at least one sorting of the product into a primary finished product and a reject, - brushing the reject to obtain at least one secondary finished product, - at least a second cycle of milling comprising ribbed rolling and a plurality of smooth rolling operations in order to obtain primary and secondary finished products and at least one reject, - passing the said reject to a brushing operation in order to obtain a further primary finished product and a further secondary finished product. <IMAGE> |
