CONSTITUTION:A high-frequency generating circuit 22 on a circuit board 20 is held between a conductive supporting body 10 and a conductive cover 30. A grounding pattern 21, the conductive supporting body 10 and the conductive cover 30 are electrically connected. At this time, the high frequency electromagnetic waves generated in the high-frequency generating circuit 22 can be securely shielded. Since the entire unit is not covered, but only the high-frequency generating circuit 22 is shielded, the unit can be formed in a compact constitution. Thus, the leakage of the electromagnetic waves generated in the high-frequency generating circuit 22 to the outside can be prevented. |
