PURPOSE:To enhance production efficiency and to produce a hollow bag which is beautiful in the surface skin and uniform in wall thickness by extruding the resin films from two pieces of T-die respectively and immediately pressurizing and joining only the parts necessary to form a bag-shape between the rolls with each other and then heating and melt-sticking the joined part and punching this part into the bag-shape. CONSTITUTION:Resin films 24a, 24b are extruded respectively through the T-dies 14, 16 of extruders 10, 12 and wound on the rolls 20, 22. A pin 52 for forming a mouth part becomes a state wherein it is pinched between the resin films 24a, 24b in the contact point of the rolls 20, 22. The resin films 24a, 24b are filled into the space between the mouth parts 38a, 40a. Further the resin films 24a, 24b are pressurized and bonded in the part exclusive of the recessed parts 38, 40. The parts of these recessed parts 38, 40 are made to a state of negative pressure through holes 42, 44 connected to a vacuum source device, pulled and are not bonded. The pin 52 for forming the mouth part is pulled and the outside circumferential part is heated and melt-stuck in a sealing device 34 and made to a sealed state. The resin films 24a, 24b are punched with a puncher 36 to obtain a hollow bag 56. |
