<p>The invention refers to a device for automatic sorting of changeable tips used in cutting tools with changeable tips. The device, according to the invention, is composed of a tips storage, connected with a hydraulic cylinder on which are mounted a pushing rod and a translating element, which moves and detects the size of the tip, and a hydraulic cylinder with a piston on whose end there is a prism, takes and moves the tip to a collecting channel, divided by mobile dividing walls driven up or down by electromagnets, the prism has in the lower part a collapsible blade which after unloading a changeable tip is brought back in position by a spring.</p> |
