RESIN COMPOSITION AND USE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To provide a resin composition having highly improved quality and long running property in melt-molding by compounding a saponified ethylene- vinyl acetate copolymer with a polyolefin resin, a graft polymer and a hydrotalcite compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective resin composition comprises (A) a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, (B) a polyolefin resin, (C) a graft polymer prepared by grafting an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof to a polyolefin resin and further reacting the product with a polyamide oligomer, and (D) a hydrotalcite compound of formula: MxAly(OH)2x+3y-2z(E)z.aH2 O (M is Mg, Ca, Zn; E is CO3, HPO4; x, y, z are positive numbers; a is 0 or a positive number) preferably in an A:B:C ratio of 60-95wt.%:45-35wt.%:1.5-10 wt.% and in a (A+B+C):D weight ratio of 100:0.01-1.
