MEDICAL DRUG COMPOSITION FOR REMEDY OF ACUTE CIRCULATORY FAILURE AND ORGAN FUNCTION FAILURE ACCOMPANYING TO THE FORMER

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject medical drug composition containing human pancreas-secretive trypsin inhibitor as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition contains protein containing at least a species of (A) amino acid sequence expressed by the formula, (B) a sequence in which 45th amino acid is substituted from glutamine to glutaric acid, (C) a sequence in which 51st amino acid is substituted from glutamine to glutaric acid and (D) a sequence in which from first to 5th amino acids are eliminated in at least a part of itself as an active ingredient. Administration dose of said composition is in a range of 0.1-200mg/kg, preferably 1-100mg/kg as the active ingredient and suitably administrated into intravenous as an injection drug. Said protein is obtained by a method such as isolation from human pancreatic juice, chemical synthesis or isolation from cultured supernatant of cell producing said protein and preferably obtained by a method using a recombinant DNA technique.
