PURPOSE:To obtain an insulated wire excellent in a heat shock resistant prop erty by providing an insulation layer of special two-layer structure. CONSTITUTION:A first insulation layer 2 comprising a polyamide is provided on an external periphery of a conductor 1 directly or via another insulating material and a second insulation layer 3 comprising principally an aromatic polymer is provided on an external periphery of the first insulation layer 2. The first insulation layer 2 is about 0.05-1mm in thickness and, as the polyamide thereof, a material containing mainly nylon 6, 66, 610 and the like, a polyamide elastomer and the like are adopted. The second insulation layer 3 is about 0.05-1mm in thickness and, as the aromatic polymer, one or more kinds of polymers selected from among groups of a polyphenylene oxide, a polyphenylene ether and the like are adopted. An insulated wire having an excellent heat shock resistant property is thereby obtained. |
