PURPOSE:To prevent the irradiation of parts exclusive of a working part with reflected beam light and to enhance the reliability of a product by shielding all the beam light reflected in the direction outer than the reflected beam light on the outermost side by a reflecting aperture end by means of a light shielding body. CONSTITUTION:The beam light from a heat source lamp 4 is reflected by the reflecting surface of a lamp housing part 3 and the reflecting surfaces of a reflecting mirror 10 and a side face reflecting plate and is focused to a head 18 of a beam light transmitting element 17. The beam light reflected in the direction inner than the reflected beam light 14 on the outermost side reflected by the reflecting aperture edge 10a is condensed to the head 18 of the beam light transmitting element 17. The reflected beam light reflected in the direction outer than the reflected beam light 14 on the outermost side is shielded by the light shielding body 12 and is prevented from leaking to the outside. The reflected beam light condensed to the head 18 transmits a leg part 19 from the condensing surface 18a of the element 17 and is projected to the working part 34 from an exit surface 19a. The working part 34 is thereby instantaneously welded.
