PURPOSE: To ensure high resolution, extended service life of a phosphor layer, and infinitive enlargement of light trnasmission ratio by providing an auxiliary anode group in which a part is exposed along with a charged granule path so as to be insulted from and orthogonal to a display cathode group on a backside glass substrate by a first dielectric layer. CONSTITUTION: There is provided with an auxiliary anode group insulated from and orthogonal to a display cathode group 13 on a backside glass substrate 10 by a first dielectric layer in which a part is exposed along with a charged granule path 17. Thereby, by forming all electrode on the backside glass substrate, a high-resolution and high-dignity image can be acquired, extended service life of a phosphor layer and infinitive enlargement of light transmission efficiency can be ensured, and a light shield plate is provided so that a frontal auxiliary discharge region cannot be seen. |
